Nothing. We have no analytics, no advertising software, no crash reporting, no telemetry, and no account system. We do not know who installs the app, how often it is opened, or what you score with it.
This is a property of how the app is built rather than a promise about how we behave: Rack Scorer contains no code that sends data anywhere. There is no backend service associated with it.
Everything you enter is written to your phone's local app storage and stays there:
None of this is transmitted, backed up to us, or accessible to us in any way.
Worth knowing: because your sheets exist only on your device, uninstalling the app or wiping the phone erases them permanently. We hold no backup and cannot restore them. Export the sheets that matter to you.
Rack Scorer is a paid app. The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play — your name, payment details and billing address are entered into Google Play, never into Rack Scorer. We receive no payment information. Google provides us only with aggregate sales reporting, which does not identify individual buyers to us.
The app itself contains no billing or subscription software, and makes no purchase-verification calls of its own.
Rack Scorer can export a completed scoresheet as a summary image, and can share a scoresheet file to another device. Both happen only when you choose them, and the result goes wherever you send it — your gallery, a messaging app, email — using your device's own sharing features. Nothing passes through us, and we have no visibility into it.
Once a file leaves the app it is outside our control and outside this policy. A shared sheet contains whatever you typed into it, including the hunter name and unit, so treat it the way you would any personal record.
Rack Scorer requests no runtime permissions for its core function. Saving or sharing an exported image uses your device's standard file and share dialogs, which you control at the moment you use them. The app does not request location, camera, contacts or microphone access.
Rack Scorer is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, there is nothing for us to hold or delete — but if you have a concern, please contact us.
Your scoresheets never travel over a network, which eliminates the most common way such data is exposed. On the device they are protected by the operating system's app sandboxing and by your own screen lock and device encryption.
Everything above describes the app. This website is separate, and being a website it cannot make the same absolute claim.
